Lavender - Diffuser & Refill

The harvest of lavender occurs before the bloom, from late July to late August, for the "true" lavenders.

 

The harvest takes place during the summer, as the intense heat promotes the rise of essential oils in the cells and secretory glands of the flower. The strands are more fragrant if picked just before the flowers open.
