The first harvest of the year: February and March, when the hills above Cannes turn golden. Mimosa is delicate, and its scent quickly fades after being cut, which is why it rarely survives industrial production. Ours is handled close to the source, while the flower still holds its warmth.
 
Radiant and soft at the same time, mimosa brings back childhood memories in southern gardens during winter. A delicate fragrance, deliciously sweet and powdery. Its scent is often described as a green, powdery, honeyed, almond-like floral note. 
 
We distill the leaves at the same time as the yellow blossoms.
