FRESHLY CUT

LAVENDER

Used since antiquity, lavender was used by the Romans to scent laundry and baths.

From the 13th century, it was employed for medicinal purposes, particularly in monasteries.

In Provence, its use spread during the Middle Ages, but cultivation only expanded in the 19th century with the rise of perfumeries in Grasse.

Harvested between July and August before the flowers open, it yields an intense essence, offering a unique olfactory experience.
