Bitter orange blossom, derived from the bitter orange tree, is a fragrant white flower used to produce orange blossom water and neroli essential oil.

 

Its essential oils, combined with citrus fruits, create hesperidic notes, bringing freshness and lightness to fragrances, especially in Eaux de Cologne.

 

Blooming occurs in early spring, with harvesting taking place from March to April.

 

The fully bloomed flowers are hand-picked and carefully sorted to preserve their fragrance before being transformed into precious essences.
