The first harvest of the year: February and March, when the hills above Cannes turn golden. Mimosa is delicate, and its scent fades quickly after being cut, which is why it rarely survives industrial production. Ours is processed close to the source, while the flower still holds its warmth.
 
Radiant and soft at the same time, mimosa brings back childhood memories in southern gardens during winter. A delicate scent, deliciously sweet and powdery. Its olfactory description is often linked to a sweet, powdered green floral note with hints of honey and almond. The leaves are distilled at the same time as the yellow blooms.
